Fees are only applied when you receive payment; either in the form of a premium when you sell an option or when you receive a value payment for a proftible option.

Option Value Commission – this fee is charged to the owner (buyer) of a profitable option. For example – If you buy a One Touch option with a value of $100 and win, you will be charged $4.90. If this option were to be unprofitable to you, no fees will be applied.
Option Premium Commission – this fee is charged to the writer (seller) of an option. For example – If you sell a One Touch option with a premium of $10 and win, you will be charged $0.49. There is no fee applied if the option is not purchased.
